Good Custome Service
The first unit for me was defective. After some time, their customer service reached out and i was surprised. Then they send me another one. The second one is now fully functional. No more abnormal display and netflix is working. It is now directly plugged in to my tv with no bugs. I also configured it as auto on. The unit response is good, not lag can be seen. Works well with windows. Changing my comment now because of their good customer service! Thanks a lot.

Works fine...so far
I've only had it for a short time, so I can't address the comments about overheating. I plugged it in and it worked, Win 11 popped right up. After all of the standard Windows updates you have to do every time you get a new computer, it seems fine. Fan noise is not an issue for me as I am using this in my home theater and it is in the back-of-the-room equipment closet. So far, I have not had an overheating issue. I think what stops me from a 5 star is that out of the box, I COULD NOT get audio out of the HDMI connection AND the speakers at the same time. Why would I want to do that? Because I want the best quality picture to the projector (100+ inches) and the best audio (as best as I can get) to the amplifier. I use a matrix switch and thought I should be able to do it easily, but every time I route the hdmi to both the projector and the receiver, it picks the receiver as its monitor, which it thinks is standard definition. The only way I could get audio out at the same time as the hdmi, was to buy a USB add-on sound card. The one I bought uses an optical audio connection, so that's probably as good audio as I can get. Again, I believe that this could be fixed with better onboard audio, so 4 stars. So far. \WIN 11 RANT\ As a side note, I would NOT suggest upgrading to Win 11 unless you ABSOULTELY have to, but that's not a problem with the hardware. Apparently, in Win 10 you CAN get hdmi and speakers at the same time. From my searches in trying to do it, it seems like this is a well known issue with Win 11, that MS is aware, but so far, does not appear to be trying to fix it. And Win 11 does not have any way to adjust the text size of actual window elements, like the menu bar, the text within the lower right popups for audio, wireless, etc., or the any of the list boxes from the setting menus. You CAN adjust text size within the window, though. I would say that if you are as consultant or teacher, expecting to be able to to just pop this in and be able to read anything from the back of the room, you would be sorry. \END RANT\

Defective out of the box
This unit was bad right from the start, blue-screening and rebooting repeatedly during initial setup. It never actually worked. The seller had a fake website and email address and did not respond to requests for support. I sent back the item and am waiting for a refund. Don't waste your time and money with this; it's a scam.

“How are these even possible?” It runs Win 11 and it literally fits in the palm of my hand!
When I think about it, “9600 baud” still amazes me when I contemplate the physics of it, and we’re many decades beyond that. Now I have a computer in one hand that is as capable as the “year’s old” laptop that I’m currently writing this review on, in so many ways anyway. In a world of “smart phones”, “smart TVs”, Rokus, Firesticks, and Raspberry Pis, I shouldn’t be surprised, but sometimes I stop and consider the “leaps”. This is a first-day/out-of-the-box (OOBE) review of this item, no Win updates: -All components and ports function. No hardware issues. -This device is currently sitting flat on my desk, so I’m assuming that the (AC) Wifi antennae for this device are (obviously smaller) and perpendicular (180 phase out) to my router antennas (in the same room), max throughput to be tested, but at initial connectivity test, I’m still getting my ISP max throughput (140Mbps). (Wired NIC also connects at 1Gps as expected.) -Mic/Audio port works fine OOBE. -The BIOS/UEFI is very robust for such a small device; it’s highly configurable. (Esc key on power-on gets you in). - Due to some functional design choices by the foolish folks at Microsoft, I’m not currently a fan of Win 11 (Win11 is an “odd” (a la ME, Vista, 8…so I kinda expected to be disappointed, but am always hopeful). But Win 11 is downgrade-able to Win 10…and this product comes with the Pro version! (…so it’s licensed to have all of the things that Win offers (and should regardless)). -8GB DDR4 RAM is “minimal but rather respectable” for current home (non-gaming/pro/research) computing standards. (I haven’t opened the chassis, but I’m assuming that the RAM is soldered in…so not replaceable/upgradeable). -All 3 USB ports version 3+, so plenty fast enough. -HDMI male connector. I suppose that this is designed to augment a “non-smart” TV or monitor, but I wonder why the manufacturer chose male over, the more common, female connectors. On the other hand the male connectors seem to be more rigid/durable than the female ones. And this is easily addressed by a cheap HDMI coupler to connect it like a laptop/PC (which I’m using for my setup)…so I don’t mind this, and perhaps prefer it. -The J4125 processor is a Celeron processor, apparently in the “9th Gen/Gem Lake (refreshed)” series of Intel’s line. Not as robust as the i3/5/7 series of course, but again…respectable. -256GB M.2/NVME SSD is decent storage, actually at-least/just-about what most folks need nowadays, but also I like that it is upgradeable/replaceable. 2242 form factor…sure 2280 (and backwards) would be better but 2242 is appropriate for the small design of the device…and no indication of PCIe generation (maybe 3, likely not 4). -I can feel just a small amount of warmth on the HDMI end of the device under max CPU usage, but the device is cool to the touch otherwise. -The power supply works just fine, but I’d prefer a more standard size 12V barrel connector. Also, the power supply connector is similar enough to fit into the audio jack, and the port/jack labels are not that prominent, so be careful. -It has a lanyard hole for some kind of theft prevention. Bottom Line: It’s a fully functional personal computer that fits in the palm of your hand and comes with a Win11 Pro license.
