IKO 8m Super Shed Felt - Green

Really good strong workable stuff. No regrets buying. Definitely lay, fix, shape and detail in warm weather as it makes such a difference to the workability, fixing, detailing and the quality of the finished job. Used two 8x1m rolls to reroof the pitched roof of a 8’ x 12’ timber shed. Does the job and looks a treat. Would definitely buy and use this stuff again. Well worth buying quality material.

I bought this as my small shed felt had broken off in places. After it arrived I found my big shed was leaking. There was so much on this rill that I managed to do both sheds. Just as well with the torrential rain and winds we have had since! It was very easy to cut and manage for two women and I still have some over there was a lot more on it than I thought. Very quick delivery and the price was good as well excellent product.

The positives.... Product good...easy to handle, no ripping... Application easy... Good finish easily achieved. The negatives... Poorly wrapped, though this didn't affect the product... No nails were supplied as per advert...

Very pleased with the speedy delivery, it only took two days. There is a very helpful IKO video on YouTube that we watched to help us do the job as we had never refelted a shed before, it took us about a day to get all the old felt off, and some of the pieces of wood broke so we had to cut some more, but the actual job of replacing the felt took us about 4 hours, it looks good now and it would have cost us over £100 to get a handyman in to do the job, so we are really very pleased, and its good quality stuff so we wont have to replace it again for years.

This is the best shed felt I've seen. I wouldn't call it green, more like grey and the grit surface is very fine (many have larger bits of grit). This is tuff stuff and it really is hard to tear and it's easy to handle. Came with suitable nails. I feel confident that it will last a good few years, maybe even fifteen as claimed.

There are a load of negative comments about this product but it's OK, better than I expected. It came well protected, decent quality, what more can you ask? Many people complain that the felt easily tears, but if you install it in cold weather, it will tear, this is a well known fact. You must have a nice warm sunny day for installation. I have no complaints about it and I am not generally easy to please.

Used this to recover a 6x4 ft. shed roof. It is heavy weight and high quality felt. Once cut it was easy to lay on the apex roof. It does not tear easily like many cheaper types. Once secured with adhesive and galvanised clout nails it looks great.

I purchased this particular product as it is supposed to last for at least 15 years. It is easy to fit and I have only just done that so ask me again in 15 years time when I can give a better and totally honest review!!!

Das Produkt ist in Ordnung, aber der Verkäufer war schrecklich. Die Nägel wurden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt und die Brötchen wurden nicht wie versprochen geschützt, so dass sie beschädigt ankamen. The product is okay but the seller was terrible. The nails were not provided and the rolls were not protected as promised so arrived damaged.
