​I’ve tried so many pillows, but this one is easily my favorite. I need at least 3 more of these. This pillow is comfy, soft, and cool all in one. Immediately after opening the package I could tell it was going to be nice. Visually it says luxurious right out the box. When you lay down it does get flat from the weight of your head and you don’t need to flip it over 300 times through the night if you get hot. It stays cool and airy my entire sleep. It’s also great as a back support pillow as I am currently pregnant and enjoy leaning on it sitting up. Versatile and very useful, I will definitely be ordering more from this brand.

Ahhhh, this pillow is awesome. I’m one of those people who flips the pillow to the cool side all night as well as a side sleeper who is constantly rotating sides all night. This memory foam pillow is the best. It’s cooling that lasts more than two hours unlike most other memory foam pillows I have bought. The pillow prioritizes neck and shoulder alignment to reduce morning stiffness. Not only did it decrease my neck and back tightness, it also helped my hip pain. That’s a plus for me since I am sitting at a desk all day. The quality of the materials seem durable and very resilient. A memory foam pillow that will last long with a reasonable price. I love that it’s washable. The cover has a zipper that allows the foam pillow to be removed and inserted easily. I had no issues washing or drying. I did dry on low heat. No shrinking. The bamboo cover is so soft and cozy. I will definitely be purchasing more for myself and my family.

I love this pillow for using between my knees when I sleep to keep all joints in alignment. I take it everywhere with me, the only disappointment is that the stuff sack is so flimsy that it completely tore-- I've tried to mend it a few times, but it just can't handle the pressure of the pillow once inside. I went to their website to try to contact customer service, but it seems that there is no way to even get in touch.

If you are a firm pillow kind of person... and don't want to spend hundreds on a name brand pillow, then this one is a clear winner! Ideal for back and side sleepers, this pillow seems to adjust to your body over time- becoming more comfortable with more nights spent with it (kind of like a hotel pillow- the first night you're not sure, then you sleep like a baby when you get used to it!). My husband—an avid memory foam pillow fan—was pleasantly surprised. It took a night or two to adjust, but once he did, this cool pillow’s contours supported his neck beautifully whether he was on his back or side (especially when I nudged him to stop snoring!). This pillow seems best suited for folks who need a bit more elevation—those with broader shoulders or who prefer higher neck support. It feels solid and delivers the firm support many sleepers crave. If you lean toward soft, squishy down pillows, this may not be your match. It’s ultra-firm and structured, not plush or compressible. But if firm is your jam, this pillow punches above its price point.

I was very excited for this. I have a similar camping pillow I adore from another company that no longer makes them. It shipped next day and I loved the speed it got here. When I opened the box, the bag on one end was open (see pic). It didn't look used, but it certainly made me think it was a previous return, especially when the instructions say to be careful opening the bag not to cut the pillow. When I started to pull the pillow out, it's apparent there is a lot of extra space in the cover compared to the size of the pillow itself. So I measured the case and then removed it to measure the foam itself. I ordered the standard size which states 25". The cover is certainly 25", but the pillow is actually 24". I like that the cover is bigger so it is easier to get on and off. Buyer beware though if you are looking for the pillow itself to be a specific size, this one is smaller than listed. I took a star off for this. There is an awful smell too, so those reviews are accurate. If someone said it didn't they must be nose blind or got a different manufacturer. The smell dissipated not long after opening with the cover on, but when I removed the cover - OMG it's terrible. I'm hoping leaving it out for a couple days will make it better. I'll update later. I took another off a star for this. It is soft to the touch, though memory foam does harden when it's cold. I'll try to remember to update in winter. Despite being soft like memory foam, it did conform to my head and body parts, but didn't sink to the bed holding them up enough to be comfortable. I can see why some would say it is firmer than most would like. The foam around the outside of your head will stay inflated while the rest in contact with the pillow will depress the pillow enough to cradle your head but the inflated parts of the pillow will touch the sides of your head. The parts not touched with body heat won't be kept soft, especially in cold weather or if you like to have a fan on you at night. I can see someone who has a larger and heavier build where this pillow would just flatten instead of elevating them to their desired height. For a smaller more petite build like myself, this is a perfect firmness for comfort that is supported.

I have tried so many pillows over the years it is ridiculous. This is the best pillow I have ever had as it helps with my cervical degenerative disc disease. I used to prop myself up slightly with 2 pillows and have a slight support in my shoulders in order to get some sleep. I would toss and turn all night. I have tried so many different sleeping positions over the years. My quality of sleep was terrible and I always woke up in the morning with a headache which radiated from the back of my head to my forehead. Now I sleep flat on my back with this pillow supporting my head. I have found it to be very important for me, that the edge of the pillow is pushing on the top part of my shoulders. My sleep got better each day. What an amazing difference - I finally get a few hours of quality sleep. My back feels more aligned as well. The pillow is very firm but not hard. During the night I use another pillow when I switch to sleep on my side as this one does not work for me in that position - that pillow took forever to find too! Update: I hardly every give reviews and I originally gave this pillow a glowing review because it was amazing. After using for almost 4 months I am SO disappointed. The pillow got softer and didn't offer the firm support that I loved. As a spot got softer I would use a different area on the pillow. It was great for a couple of weeks then I had to move to another firm spot which was great at first and then became softer. I eventually ran out of firm areas and started using the short sides of the pillow to put my head on. Now I am out of firm areas, and my headaches in the morning are back. I considered buying another one. I paid $99.99 for the pillow on September 1, 2024. But as of today January 1, 2026 the pillow is $118.09! WOW! I would have paid this had the pillow maintained it's firmess for longer - but this is crazy!

I am not allowed to say why I'm not happy! Disappointed all round however!!!!!!.... Do not buy!

This pillow surprised me. It feels like a brick wrapped in a bit of cushion & I couldn't imagine it being comfortable. But somehow, it works. For reference, I'm a side sleeper. It definitely wouldn't be suitable for a tummy sleeper because there's very little compression.

Leider hatte ich hohe Erwartungen durch die vielen positiven Rezensionen. Aber leider wurde ich eher enttäuscht, da das Kissen für diesen Preis eher eine minderwertige Qualität hat. Warum es so teuer ist, kann ich nicht verstehen. Das Innenleben wirkt wie billiger Schaumstoff oder ähnliches. Das Kissen ist sehr flach und bietet nicht die Stützfunktion, die ich brauche. Das Kissen geht daher zurück.
