I'm an energy person, and I find this product to be extremely relaxing in nature. I read that taking flower essences for 15 days helps reset your emotions or something so I'm on week 1. Doesn't have a super strong taste but I usually put it in my smoothie.

I love Bach remedies. Elm is a great help in phases when we feel overwhelmed amd feel that it’s too much and we will never make it through. It helped me a lot in the past weeks.
