- Does it toothpaste help whiten the teeth? Yes BUT slowly over time NOT in three days. I have been using this consistently for two months and there is a difference - This toothpaste is THICK and requires extra strength to remove out of the tube..; I mean it, you have to squeeze the tube like crazy to get a drop out of it - The product is also very small
