Where has this quality of a cord with this fair of a price been my entire life? Honestly I want this exact cable but in USB C and HDMI. Premium product all around. Without question the nicest in looks, feel, pricetag, and most importantly performance. This is a speed test of Gig internet with a 30 ft run connected with a coupler.

Welcome to another Dad's Den review. My reviews and star ratings are all based on price compared to quality. I have realistic expectations for lower priced items vs higher priced items. With that being said, here is my review. Here is my set up so you can understand my review. I currently have 1G speed with my internet. However, I'm running a TP Link Mesh extender as we have a large house. I have one of the devices in my office. I connected this cat8 cord to my extender and then to my macbook pro. PROS: - I love the Nylon braiding. It's tough and durable. - 10 foot long cable (It says indoor and outdoor). No idea if this can handle tough weather conditions or not. - Super fast speeds - Flat cable to run around your tables edges for a clean look. CONS: - Because it's a flat cable, you need to be care with crinkling of the cable. If you try and wrap it up it can fold in a weird way causing crinks. (No idea if crink is a word) HAHA So if you get the 10 foot cable and it's too much, just be aware of this and make sure you wind it up carefully. OVERALL: I absolutely love this purchase. And for the price of $11.69, it's nearly a steal. I would highly recommend these cables for anyone on a budget but needs good quality. Definitely Dad's Den recommended.

Exactly as advertised! Works well, shipped and arrived using FREE SHIPPING within a reasonable timeframe. Quality is phenomenal considering the price for two of these CAT 8 10’ cables. The flat design takes some getting used to and is not as versatile as round design, but it works for me! Additionally it feeds through conduit taking up less space than traditional round design…the flat design looks cleaner and is less noticeable on walls and baseboards and shelving than round cords! Game changer? maybe…

I love these cables. They are flexable but not flimsy. Good connecters on the ends. They dont look bad if they are in a location where you can't completely hide them.

I've bought something similar previously but in a shorter length. I needed the same spec cable but longer as I relocated my router to a more central location. Firstly the speed difference in these cat 8 cables is actually noticeable and backed up when I ran a speed test. This really is an excellently crafted cable. Braided rather than rubber / pvc and it feels built to last. No movement once connected. Some cable gave a little bit of play in them once connected but this thing is sturdy. Really easy to connect and release. If your looking to improve your connection to your router or devices from the router then this Cat 8 cable will definitely make a difference. Cat 8 is probably a little over spec for a home installation but like I say, I've had one previously and it made a heck of a difference so, yeah, I'd definitely recommend this.
