Product uses chemical reaction to harden the material. Instructions say you have 10 minutes to get it in place. I used 1/2 of the stick and had less than 5 minutes to cut, knead the material to a consistent color, roll and install/smooth before the material began to produce a great deal of heat and became too hard to work with. I have used similar sticks before so I was prepared for this issue. Instruction materials need to be updated to reflect a more realistic “workable” time.

Off brand packaged to look like the real thing. Oily out of the package, never hardened, dried, or adhered to the surface I was repairing. Plus it smelled incredibly bad—like toxic. I threw it all away.

I have bought other puddies like this....this one was extremely dry which made it hard to work with. I used it to replace a wheel on a cart. It seems to be holding well.

I had a very small slow drip leak on a thin pipe. I was surprised at the odor of the product but thought the odor would dissipate once it hardened. After a day and a half, scent is no less and it’s still not hard. I will update if I get better results in a few days.
