Does what is says. Physio wants to adjust strap for particular support issues but that is probably a specific issue.

I bought this to try and give a bit extra support as I twist playing tennis. I have used previous neoprene type supports which haven't really done a lot. This has some rigid plastic side supports, and has been a vast improvement for me. I am now looking to buy a second for the other ankle - just holding off as it has doubled in price since buying it. In truth the extra is probably worth it, but will wait and see what happens for now.

All other ankle braces I have worn, I still manage to roll my ankle, however loose or tight I wear them. I have never in my life worn and ankle brace like an aircast, where the ankle never rolls and they ache the next day showing that the brace gives enough freedom to allow the ankles to work naturally. These are easily worth the money and would recommend to anyone.

This brace is well built and great support my last one lasted for almost 2 years

I bought this for a teen basketball player who sprained his ankle during a game. The brace advertisement says it offers light support. It goes on easily over the foot and secures around ankle with a Velcro strap easily. It has semi rigid sides to help support the ankle and keep it from rolling. After a period of rest, treatment, and exercises to strengthen his ankle, the teen was able to comfortably resume playing basketball while wearing this brace. It goes on over a sock and will fit inside a sneaker. It’s also washable. Perfect for an active athlete who doesn’t want to fuss with a lot of tape or bandages but needs the support. Great product.

So far so good pretty comfortable My foot therapist modified it just a little bit. I had a little pain on the left side by the bone on the left side of my foot. He cut a couple slits in.It basically made it like a tab. that’s flexible and now it seems fine

Doesn’t support well and straps rub and create soarness when walking.
