Workhorse of the MOSFET switching Arduino world.
Arrived promptly and well packaged.Pin Out as specified in the datasheet but configuration is TO-92 with TR variation . Leg pitch 0.1"This is actually BETTER for hobbyists, since they fit breadboard without bending, and same for soldering.Quick test on all (20) and ALL good.Arrived still on brown paper bandolier - ideal for storage.Love these !

No problems.
Arrived in a reasonable time, well packaged.All transistors had identical characteristics as close as my test equipment would allow me to measure.This is an excellent switching transistor for use with CMOS.
