Nice smelling pre shave

Bought this for the first time recently because I'd decided to make the switch from wet to dry shaving and Tabac is a brand I've used before with wet shaving. I thought this would help my new electric razor glide across my face more easily and it does but not very much more easily. I was expecting something more like an oil or a cream, but this has they consistency of aftershave and, I think, a similar proportion of alcohol. Smells great though.

The fragrance still reminds me of my father as he left for work, many years ago. I suffer from dry skin and my electric shave makes shaving my neck very sore. If I use a wet shave system my face will bleed. I have found that using Tabac pre electric shave allows me to shave more comfortably, with out razor burn, also the fragrance lasts a long time. If it was good enough for my father, it is good enough for me. It really does make a difference.

this pre-electric shave lotion is advertised as preparing your beard for shaving. However it leaves the skin sticky, and makes it extremely hard to move the shaver in a circular motion on your face (rather than up and down) as you are supposed to do. The Tabac scent is quite pleasant, but this product is over-priced considering that it does not achieve its objective.

Does give a close shave, with an electric razor, disappointed with the perfume, not long lasting.

Product excellent. Delivery rubbish as it was delivered to wrong address.

This pre-electric shave is not fit for purpose it is supposed to give you smooth shave, this product when applied make your face sticky I can get a more comfortable shave without using it.

My original favorite Shiseido UNO was discontinued a few years ago, eventually I migrated to Speick, which I liked very much. Saw a review on different Pre-Electrics and tried their top rated pick, TABAC. It is terrific, closest electric shave, without burning or chaffing so far. The fragrance is a bit strong (but my wife likes it). It is a more viscous liquid and lubricates very well. More hairs are cut and pulverized by the electric razor (Panasonic ARC5) thus resulting in a very fine, almost powdery, clippings. Clean-up is important, but easy using a razor brush. I found no built-up residue in the razor and subsequent shave were just as close and smooth. It is expensive BUT, when shaking the bottle in my palm, I get measured drops of the liquid thus thus providing an efficient amount without excess spilling or waste. I estimate the 100ml bottle should easily last 3-4 months of daily shaving.

Va muy bien, preparando el vello de la piel para el afeitado eléctrico. Tiene el suave aroma de los productos de la casa, que, en este caso, no es muy fuerte y a mí me gusta. El precio me parece un poco alto, pero hay pocas o casi ninguna alternativa entre las que elegir. Lo que para mí está claro es que no es lo mismo el afeitado con máquina eléctrica usando este u otros productos por el estilo, que afeitándose a pelo.

Benutze es für den Kopf und habe das Gefühl die Rasur ist gründlicher und die Haut ist weniger gereizt. Außerdem ist der Duft sehr angenehm.

The Tabac electric pre-shave has a very nice smell. It could be used as a nice after shave. Unfortunately that's about what it is best for. I used it as pre-shave but I don't feel it made shaving any easier or better with my electric razor. Other products help your razor glide smoothly over your skin. Tabac did not seem to make any positive effect, possibly more of a gumby, bumpy feel. It just didn't help give an nice smooth shave. But it does smell nice. Can ya dig it ?
