i just ordered this and noticed in product description it says size 13 and in another description below that description says size 10? Which size?

Must be a misprint- my order came as size 13.

Yeah it should be I had a different one and it worked as long as it's the right size go for it

how many air vent holes are there?

Do not understand your question and I have been wearing hearing aid since age 4 and I am 55 years old and I never heard of air vent holes in hearing aid batteries and so therefore is just like regular batteries like needs are.
