Was able to breathe
I needed this for my graduation uniform. Couldn’t get a size bigger shirt or would be too big, had to do with tight fitting shirt but smaller neck area. This saved my life. Easy to use, I was able to breathe.

They will break but only because I stretch out it ,too much from small neck sizes. Works well for thicked neck sizes 18 + .
