This works. I did A LOT of research on this to understand expectations. Grounding sheets work with skin contact. Ive read you only need a little contact but, full body was best for me. I tried just my legs, then entire body & entire body was best even though I sleep in a shirt. My bare arms, bare legs & feet were on it. A couple of times I felt a little tingling which is a sign its working. I normally wake up every 3 or 4 hrs & when I slept on this I didnt wake up. In fact I slept 7 straight hrs. Haven't washed yet. But, Ive read when you wash, do it in cold or warm water & air dry. Heat is going to shrink the fine metal wires.

This product is made very well and is wrinkle resistant.Even brought it on vacation with me because it is very lightweight and easy to pack.... I have had much better sleep using this grounding sheet. It has helped me with aches and pains reducing inflammation.I wake up rested! Finally.

They need to use a conductive material for the contact patch area, and stitch it down to the sheet better better than the current design. The patch is stitched around the edge and on either side of the. button. but not close to the button which allows for an air gap with the sheet as it doesn't lay flat and only contacts maybe two lines of the silver thread. Maybe stitch and area under the patch with silver thread, so that the button has a larger contact zone, and then and, use conductive patch for the the button. I discovered the issue when doing a continuity test with a multimeter. The sheet is conductive along the silver threads, the cord is good, the contact button air gap is where the problem located. One solutions I tried was to rolled it up tight and put a weight on it, worked to keep the button in contact with the sheet. Sheet as others have said runs a little small only lays flat on top of bed there is none left hanging over the sides the bed, unlike a standard flat sheet that can be tucked a the corners. The Air Gap defeats the intended purpose of grounding. Washes well, feels good.

Love it and it works, too! We tested ours with an electric meter. Holding one probe to the sheet lines and then holding the other in my hand, the meter read 49 and then when I touched the blanket with my other hand, to complete the circuit, the meter went to ZERO- 0, showing that the circuit was indeed being completed. If the sheet was not grounding, touching it with my hand would have not changed what the meter was reading.I feel like I am getting more restful sleep and my body battery is making it up to 100 every night so I am thrilled!I am definitely getting a "charge" out of being "recharged" by this sheet. LOVE IT!

It seemed we slept well when we started using our grounding flat sheet. It is a very competitive price as well.
