The mop is really made to absorb liquid and attach small particles away from the hard-floor. I have actually purchased the first generation of this kind of mop. Although the sponge is well developed in the first generation, but the sponge will become as hard as stone when it is dry. Once you try to squeeze using force, the sponge will break and detach from the attachment. But this new design has eliminated the problem observed from first generation of products, and it has worked well in my familiar since purchase.

WORST QUALITY EVER. I SENT THE PARCEL BACK AND STILL NO REFUND. CHEAP AND FLIMSY

This is the worst mop I have ever used- and I have mopped a lot of floors. I am 56 years old and grew up in a farm. Wasted money- I am throwing it in the trash. I had to get down on my hands and knees to mop any sticky spots or even water spots on our hard wood floors. It is just a foam head that moves dirty water around. It does not have a strip for scrubbing and if you attempt to scrub the foam just sticks to the floor. I have never written a review on any purchase I have ever made before this- bad or good- but for the first time I felt the need to.

I use this product primarily to absorb water in my garage floor from my car after snow or rain. The mop absorbs water well and is easy to drain. It was easy to assemble, I do not have any issues attaching the sponge to the stick and the sponge has not fallen off either. I keep the sponge in a large zip lock bag after each usage to prevent from drying out completely, I noticed other reviewers complaining about how the sponge dried out and was useless. I have not had that issue.

Could be more durable.
