Fine for toolbox use
I use these to manipulate PC connectors and screws inside computer cases. They're cheap. They work.

forceps
My husband wanted these. They work great for him. you grab something and it locks it in so he can pull it out. If he would lose them, he would buy again. good price.

Not great
Got it for fishing, but the clamp is not strong enough. It doesn't grip well enough to hold onto a hook while removing from fish. So now I just use it like pliers to pinch snaps, but any cheap pliers can do that. Also, I use hemostats for work (medical related). If compared to those, you can definitely tell these are cheaper quality hemostats.

Not as advertised
It is a fairly good quality clamp, but not what I would consider “fine-tipped” at all.
