Game changer for the wife and I
I bought the starter pack as I wasn’t sure what size my nostrils would be. I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife. She even tried the size medium and she had great results too but thought that she would need the small size, so I’ve just bought the 3 pack of small ones for us both to use going forward. I sleep with it in every night now for the last 2-3 weeks and I feel the downside if I fall asleep without putting it in. They can be ever so slightly uncomfortable, but are by no means invasive or too hard. The only time that you may feel pain is in the morning after wearing them all night, but once you take them out in the morning it just goes back to normal and you can carry on with your day. I’m so glad I found these and they are so worth the money for the increase in quality of life.

Works, but somewhat uncomfortable
Since the stated purpose of this device is to increase nose breathing and reduce mouth breathing, I have to say that it works for me. In fact, two of the three sizes in the pack work for me. But both sizes which worked were somewhat uncomfortable, and I can't wait to take the device out of my nose when I'm using it. There's a measure of adjustment, but I couldn't find any setting that was really comfortable, despite a lot of tweaking. Also, if you have a cold, the results can be rather.... icky. It's easy to wash, though. I question whether a device like this could be made agreeable to use. It's probably not the manufacturer's fault that it isn't. And it's still preferable to a night of snoring, and not just for me.

Much better sleep…
I’m a size large, like everything in my life large. Large ears Large ego and large snoring. While these help with my snoring the main thing I noticed was I felt more refreshed in the morning dramatically so. I now use these with a moth device and my snoring has stopped. Well at least last night… I’ve never used anything like this before and they certainly made a difference. They feel a tad strange at first but you soon get used to them. Wait untill you notice how much easier it is to breath with them in, for me it was an eye openibg experience. Like Kevin said give them a whirl they glare significantly better than nose strips.

Not good
I have never been able to test it for the night as I can't even keep it on for 5 mins. Very uncomfortable, no matter the size I pick. It either squeezes my nasal cartilage to the point that it hurts, or it easily falls out. I cannot even phantom how you could forget you are wearing it.. According to my experience, the whole concept of having something stuck deep inside your nose and be expected to relax and fall asleep, is just plainly unrealistic

Excellent product
Wow, this is really, really good. Dropped a star purely due to the unaffordable price. But this is a very effective product. I have a deviated septum, and intrinsic rhinitis, which has caused me so much trouble sleeping with snoring, and has been quite debilitating at times. I had given up on finding anything that could help. As soon as you fit the clip you can feel the increased air flow. And testing it, I could hardly force a snoring sound as soon as I fitted it, which is amazing. I have slept much better since using this. One day I was quite congested as well, which maybe defeated it slightly, but I think it still helped reduce the impact of that even then. I found the middle one was the best size for me, and you can adjust the rings bigger too if you need to. Once fitted it stays in place all night just fine. I would highly recommend, but would be good if more affordable.

Good relief if you have deviated septum issues
As a deviated septum sufferer this has been a revolution, they are a little uncomfortable in the beginning but then anything shoved into your nasal opening is not going to be super comfortable so its win some lose some - BUT overall very happy with the way it does keep open the nasal cavity when sleeping. Now its a just a regular part of bedtime routine and im used to it now. ONLY real issue is the cost - wowo £16 for 3x rubbery things is not great value for money but for the benefit of sleeping better its worth it.

Does nothing for snoring
I found these to be very uncomfortable and my girlfriend says they did nothing to help my snoring. They do seem very durable though and I did find I could breathe easier through my nose but they did not do what I bought them for.

Possibly the most user friendly breathing aid on the Market
It is so long ago that I can’t even remember when it began, but I started to use these superb breathing aids long before they made it to the UK market, having the first few orders posted direct from Australia, and I have been using them ever since. They are used every night and carefully washed in liquid soap every morning, rinsed and allowed to air dry. Treating them like this ensures a very long hygienic life, until the surface on the curved area eventually starts to separate, so they provide incredibly good value for money. Obviously different designs suit different people, but these are absolutely perfect for me and if they are available I will continue to buy them for the rest of my days, or should that be nights ?

Estremamente soddisfatto.

Doesn’t work at all

Update: so after using the mute nasal dilator for over almost 2 months now, I have some issues with it. You know how when you constantly rub something, it starts to form a type of callus? Well that’s happening inside my right nostril. It’s becoming so bad that now the right nostril is clogged during the day. So now I’m using two different types of dilators one for one week, the mute for the next week, then back to the other for a week, etc and so on. So nothing is perfect but I cannot use cpap any longer. It causes me less sleep and more problems than it solves. Im kind of stuck? Not sure what to do now, but just wanted to put this out there. No dilator is great at this stage. Don’t like the nasal strips because they do not stay on and don’t open my nose enough. So there’s my update! So this is an honest review. I’m not paid, I’m not getting any compensation; I’m just hoping to help someone else. I bought the trial pack for Mute and quickly figured out that the medium was for me. I wore it a while and I’ll be honest (again!) I felt like it bothered me. UNTIL I tried another brand of nasal dilator and oh my word! I wore the other brand for a week just to give it a fair shot and had blisters in my nose that scabbed over during the daytime. I went back to Mute and it was heaven compared to the other brand. Now having said that: the Mute dilator is not completely comfortable to where you don’t know it’s there BUT it does not cause bleeding or sores and weirdly enough when I went back to it? It seemed to work far better than the other brand that claimed to open passages “58% more.” So the night I went back to Mute? I slept 8 hrs 26 mins and woke up feeling great. The week prior with the other brand? I barely slept 5 without ripping the thing out and having a blocked left nasal passage for the rest of the night. So! That’s my honest review. In total I have tried 5 different nasal dilators and out of all of them? I’m sticking with the Mute medium nasal dilator. It’s a pain to put in, it’s a pain to get where your nose wants it to be, BUT it’s the only one so far that I’ve found that keeps my nasal passages open and lets me sleep without a clogged left nasal passage without pain and bleeding. I’ve had sinus surgery and it made things worse after so that’s not an option. The only thing I wish is that they made a variety of each size; such as extra small, small, larger small, small medium, medium, larger medium etc and so on. That way those clips wouldn’t be on there and it would be more comfortable. Hope this helps someone!
