Fullstar Pro Core Vegetable Chopper & Mandoline Slicer, 6-in-1 Kitchen Tool

I've had this chopper for over a year now and I absolutely love it. I'm a senior male, former chef. I know how to chop, slice, and dice vegetables. But this thing is a huge time saver. Plus I have arthritis in my hands. I've use professional style mandolins and food processors. They do the job very well. But they're a pain to use and clean. With this thing, I can dice an onion, green pepper, carrot whatever in seconds. It shreds, slices, dices (in two sizes) and grates and it sets up and cleans up ridiculously easy. The blades are really sharp. Changing a blade takes seconds, and the case captures everything you process. And it stores everything after you're done. For $20 ish I can't rave enough about it. The only drawback is there are no skid pads on the bottom, but a towel underneath fixes that problem. If you spend time chopping onions, peppers, or anything else. Get this. You won't regret it

Works great! Easy to clean, dishwasher safe, easy to use, chops up veggies really well. The non-slip grip on the bottom is a great feature for some of those veggies you really need to use some force. I have slapped and karate chopped this product and it's held up well. I love all the blade options and tools that come with this! So many possibilities! I highly recommend!

good product, does all the chopping, dice and slice very quickly. Rinse out the blade after using right away will help with clean up later. Other than that would recommend

Sturdy, well-made, very sharp, so watch your fingers. Several options for slicing, dicing and chopping. Easy clean up. I like that the cut pieces are caught in the storage at the bottom. I put the whole thing in my refrigerator to keep the produce fresh.

This chopper is the best I've found. It is mess-free and makes cutting vegetables fast and easy. It's easy to store and is durable. It also allows me to let the kids help me prep because it's safe. It also looks well made.

My wife loves this item. It does everything you could want to cut, slice, chop, or dice in the kitchen. Plus everything drops into the handy container. BE CAREFUL the blades are sharp. Ask me how I know.

Bought with the intent to prep vegetables quickly. It’s a good product, was able to chop some vegetables quickly. It feels study but I wouldn’t use harder vegetables on it due to the material being plastic making it more vulnerable to bending with time. The cons: as some others said, it’s pretty difficult to clean the dicers, even with the provided brush. I rinsed it before using the dishwasher but certain food particles like onion and garlic was notorious and stuck on the crevices of the dicers. I tried using other tools like straw brushes but due to the sharpness of the dicer it would shred it. For that reason alone I decided to return it, because I almost cut myself multiple times trying to clean it properly.

Pensé durante un tiempo cual mandolina elegir, viendo otras opciones habia reseñas de que el material no resistia y no eran afiladas las cuchillas. Aunque esta es de las versiones un poco más costosas comparada con otras similares no me arrepiento. Porque es maciza y el material resistente... puede ser un poco dificil de usar porque hay que aplicar un poco de fuerza, como un golpe en seco para partir algo duro, como una papa por ejemplo, pero el material de buena calidad aguanta este tipo de maniobra. En general, cumple mis expectativas... las cuchillas muy afiladas y espero sigan así El espacio para picar es pequeño por lo que si hay que partir la verdura o fruta que se vaya a picar, pero aún así ahorro tiempo. Se lava facil con el cepillo y peinecito que trae para limpiar
