Q: What size are you supposed to adjust the image to? Do I make the photo fill the entire square?

Hello, you only need to upload your photo, it doesn't matter if the whole square is filled or not. We can receive your original image here. We will optimize your images to achieve the best results.

Q: Is the bracelet made out of cotton material?

I believe it is, it's not silicone or any type of metal. It's almost like a tight rope. Good quality and the photo came out well. I ordered two more after getting the first one.

Q: Can you shower and swim with this on?

I purchased the bracelet for my niece and did not give to her because I cannot see the picture inside of her and her mom who passed away. Can’t return the bracelet so it was a waste of money.

Q: does this come with one or two bracelets?

Just one bracelet, it’s wonderful.
