When I ordered these display cloches, I was a little afraid that the glass would be brittle and cheap looking — I’m pleasantly surprised that they’re not. They fit precisely into their wooden bases and nothing wobbles. I bought them to keep the dust off two LED candles (glass is easier to clean than sticky wax is) and I’m pleased with how they look at either end of my mantle. If I could change one thing, I would wish for the wooden base had less of a “scorched effect” but that’s personal preference; the wood is smooth and even, as I hoped it would be. A purchase I’m very happy with!
