Lovely nursery decoration
I would recommend this as something that an 8+ year old child could do with an adult. There is insufficient paper for making mistakes but the instructions are quite easy to follow even if the shapes can be fiddly. I made the shapes myself and really enjoyed my afternoon. I would however say that the paper is quite thick compared to usual origami paper, making the "inflated" shapes based on the water bomb shape very difficult to do without first creasing all the folds both ways to slightly weaken the paper. The shapes are attached using double sided tape which is actually a bit difficult at times.

With my help, my 7year old was able to ...
With my help, my 7year old was able to make a lovely string of lights. We worked together as the instructions were too complicated for her alone. There was paper for two of each lamp shade so I could fold one while she copied each move. There were even some spare pieces of paper in case things go wrong. A pleasant afternoon with an attractive string of lights to keep at the end.

Looks cute if a little cheap once finished
Instructions are a little unclear, paper could be better quality but once it was all together it looked pretty cute. I would say it’s great for a bit of fun but it doesn’t end up looking like what’s on the box unfortunately. We ended up buying new paper and making the origami again.

La verdad es que tiene muy buena pinta, pero yo se lo regale a una niña de 9 años y le era imposible hacer las figuritas son realmente difíciles, además las instrucciones vienen solamente en inglés.
