I was initially worried as the box was delivered to me with a hole on the side of the box but thankfully the chair itself doesn't seem to be damaged, that pull out leg though is a little bit touchy to lock into place, this might be a result of the delivery damage, I don't really know, but I'm not too worried as it works fine. One thing upon using the chair during the first week (I've had it for over a month now), is that it creaks when you lean back on it, that has died down now). The bed when fully reclined is a little under 76 inches so works fine for me, it's longer than most of the futon chairs available. When it's used as a chair, there is a little bit of a gap (about 1 1/2 inch) between the back and the seat bottom when set at a 90 degree angle, put the provided pillow there and you won't notice it at all, but it bears mentioning.It's comfortable as it is but put one of those furry blankets I purchased separately on Amazon that doubles as a seat cover and a blanket (as in my picture) and you'll find yourself falling asleep rather easily.I'm happy with the purchase especially at this price, I will consider buying a second one for another room, but as I just moved into a new house, that will come later.

The chair does what it says and folds out easily into a bed. Works great as a lounger as well. Could be more comfortable but that’s easily remedied with a twin size feather mattress when in bed mode or other easy to store solution, as it is fairly firm.

This was exactly what I was looking for to provide addition seating in my living room. Love that you can use it as a cot and lounger since I don't have a terribly large living space it's nice to have furniture that serves double duty. I'm not really a fan of firm seating/beds but surprisingly I find this chair very comfortable. It feels sturdy and solid, and well constructed. It was easy to put together, came pretty much already assembled just needed to put on the legs. It matches my decor nicely. I'm looking forward to lounging on this on my next lazy Sunday. Cat approved within minutes of set up!

I love this chair it’s lightweight and I even slept on it and it was pretty good great purchase !

The product was HORRIBLE! Expensive and cheap once you get it ! Cheep material , super hard and super low you are almost on the floor if that’s what you are looking for! Once the sofa bed is actually opened, it’s practically on the floor. As a regular customer I tried to return it , I packed up and brought it to my local UPS, only to find out in order for me to return it I had to pay over $300 FOR SHIPPING !!!! EXCUSE ME , PAYING TO RETURN IT MORE THAN WHAT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT WAS WORTH ?!!! Obviously UPS has no fault in it .. I tried to contact the merchant and they did not respond that was ALL A WASTE FOR SOME CHEAP PRODUCT! Do not buy it if you are iffy about the product , because if you end up not liking it and have to return it Amazon has nothing to do with this small business selling this sofa bed, so you are on your own!

It’s not as comfortable as I expected it to be. The cushion is really stiff, and the pillow comes with it is smaller. Fabric isn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. You can see the seam/opening for the support legs on the seat, since the pillow isn’t big enough to cover it. Overall great concept but in reality it doesn’t look as nice as shown in the pics. I really wish it was more comfortable to sit on.

I had previously submitted (04/19/2024) a one-star rating review on this item since one of the foldable legs used for the lounger or bed positions did not lock in place. This happened 4 days after receiving the chair. This created some frustration since the chair was brand new. When this item review was submitted, manufacturing issues and/or shipping mishandling came to mind. I contacted the vendor and sent pictures after the review to see if anything could be done. The vendor responded quickly, investigated the issue, and provided several options to resolve this concern. It was determined that the company used for shipping mishandled the item causing the damage to the chair. I would purchase other items from this vendor knowing that they stand by their product quality and offer exceptional customer service. One of the options they provided was a replacement for this item. I received the new item on 04/25/2024. The chair was in excellent condition and all the foldable legs worked properly. That is why I changed a one-star rating to a five-star rating. Thank you

It's not bad, but when I opened all of this, it was no pedestal on the head and leg side, so I put on several books.
