Came in the factory box with factory cable
I wasn’t expecting everything to be nearly brand new. There were no signs of use and everything functioned perfectly. So far, battery life has been the same as a normal Magic Trackpad.

Would not hold a charge - unable to be used wireless with Bluetooth connectivity
The Magic Trackpad was advertised as “Refurbished - Excellent” but when I received the trackpad it would not hold a charge therefore it needed to be connected via the lightning cable for it to work which means that the wireless Bluetooth capability did not work. I would expect something described as “Refurbished - Excellent” to be able to hold a charge and have the Bluetooth wireless capability tested before advertised as Excellent.

Fragile!
The touch surface is made of glass, so if you drop it, it breaks super easily. Ours fell less than two feet off an ottoman onto a hard floor and it shattered.
