Snappy Gluten Free Ginger Snaps
Really difficult to get gluten free biscuits that are any good. These are great with a cup of tea and are very snappy, unlike other brands I've had that are disappointingly chewy. Great gingery flavour too.

I have tried many gluten free dairy free biscuits and these are the best. The one thing you cannot do is leave them out, if they are not stored in an air-tight container they will go soft within 30 mins.
