Nice taste... It does keep your tummy full. I am writing this review after using this meal replacement shake for more than 30 days. So a friend of mine suggested this product. And i am so happy that i tried. I always tent to skip my breakfast or lunch because of my bussy work schedule. But now i just have a glass of this meal replacement shake.. and i am good to go. Good product have been using for almost 4 days and have lost 2kg of fat. Taste is good, I have consumed this with water because water is more effective than milk in weight loss. Good product I will recommend this.

Out of a plethora of products in this category - meal replacement or high protein drinks/ powders, Nutruth stands out. It is a perfect blend of required proteins along with required fibres & essential minerals & Vitamins; easy on gut & easily digestible. Highly recommended as a meal replacement & for even your daily source/ requirement of protein. Recommended for Diabetics too because of low/ negligible sugar.

These coffee-flavored shakes are delicious and give me a great energy boost. They’re perfect for busy mornings when I don’t have time for breakfast. I love that they are high in protein too!

Overall the power is the mini version of other protein powders but they should improve the taste as it feels like drinking some medicine every day with such a taste that I hate pls think before making the purchase the taste is not good for this price u could go for the other brands i bought strawberry flavour
