I’m not sure but they don’t work like they say definitely not paper towels and they don’t stick back on themselves I believe Bangladesh they fall off making more trouble than worth and they don’t want you drying them so they stay wrinkled and balled up dislike very much poor choice to buy them and I got 2 sets
