An immediate essential.
I brought this light because it was so hard to see anything in my tank. Setting it up was super easy. The functionality is really good. 1 switch to power on and off. The size is decent but for some may be a little big. It seems to get quite warm after being on for long so I have a fan that blows cool air into my tank. The material seems very durable and long lasting in my opinion. I can’t say enough good things about it. The one I brought fits my 30x30x30 cube perfectly. Anything smaller and I’d recommend the micro canopy. Final thoughts. Money well spent. I almost brought 2

Well made, good quality item that needs a few extra gadgets to do its job properly.
This item is pretty much the best way to provide a diurnal setup for your 30cm wide Exo Terra terraria. It's a fairly well made product, only takes one bulb so you may need to still heat the enclosure via a heat mat, or just think carefully about which sized bulb you want to use.. Personally, I'm using a single daylight bulb rigged to a dimming thermostat set to a specific temp for the basking area, and this is on a timer, with a heat mat providing a lower ambient temperature which stays on all the time (via another thermostat) - Your mileage may vary depending on your own needs (also, it's entirely possible to get one higher-end thermostat to control both heat sources!)

Great for the nano tall
Wanted to add artificial light to my nano tall for my jumping spider and this did the trick perfectly. Obviously fits well and looks great. Need to monitor humidity as air flow may be restricted but the canopy does have some vent holes. Luckily I already had a daylight bulb by exo-terra because they cost more than the canopy!

Did exactly as it was intended. Didn't get too warm (it was for a crested gecko, so they don't need too much warmth anyway) and was east to use. Writing in past tense because I sold the whole set up a few years ago.
