2 mins after having this, my arms and hands started itching badly . There was surely some components which triggered itching and some rashes to appear. I had this empty stomach after exercising. Itching lasted for 5mins .This happened when I consumed just half of the 23 gm sachet. I dont know what would have happened had I consumed the whole sachet .
