work good for me you just have to keep a eye on the screw that holds the blade in it tries to work loose

cuts through side of windshield in like 10 seconds, cant seem to cut the bottom however, need another specialized tool for the very bottom of windshield. so i just use a long blade with a handle and wedge it and cut it manually takes about 10 minutes

I wish the blades were better priced. Renegade sunroof removal without a hitch. Just needed a blade not in the kit and buying them saturate can cost as much as the tool which seems not cost efficient.

I bought this to replace a Equalizer i've had for 15 years. I like this tool much better. The exhaust tube really keeps down the noise. This knife is amaller than the one it replaced, but it can get into some tuff spots. The motion is smooth and doesn't bog down much as long as you lube the cut with glass cleaner or water. I have used it 2-3 times a week since i purchased it and it hasn't given me any trouble at all. My old knife would loosen from time to time where the blade tightens down. It would always happen when I was in the middle of removing a w/s. The new astro has not had to be tightened after the initial install of the blade. I can't fault this knife at all. It is even more comfortable in the hand. I am glad I did not pay more for an Equalizer. This knife is solid.

I absolutely love this tool it makes life so much easier using this to remove automotive glass and heres a tip for whomever buys one when cutting the glass out spray the blade and around the window with soapy water this keeps the blade cool and acts as a lubrication I hope this review helps

As a heavy equipment tech this is a must for replacing broken glass. Works very well.

This my second time buying it nothing is wrong with the first one i just wanted to have an extra one value for money unbelievable. Got my money's worth with my first glass removed 🙏
