Amazing product. I bought this product along with the gauze and it has cured my leaking conservatory problem (along the channel where the new guttering links into the existing roof guttering (a bungalow). This has twice been attempted by professionals, but when I saw this product, I thought I'd give it a go (two applications, during a dry-spell in August last year). RESULT: a bone-dry conservatory all winter for the first time in 8 years ... Not a bad effort by a 70 year old lady (husband held the ladder ... !).

Liquid Rubber is the bomb! I swear you could take a firehose to my basement walls and they still wouldn't leak. I do use the Geotextile tape for cracks in the wall and along the space where the floor and the wall meet. I also put one roller length of Liquid Rubber on the floor next to the wall. I also use the Liquid Rubber primer which, in my case is necessary. My basement walls are like those old popcorn ceilings. I have to scrape off what I can, put the primer on then 2-3 coats of Liquid Rubber. Zero water in the 3 years I've used it. We recently had a freak flash flood storm come in from the northeast and little streams came in on an untreated wall. That wall has now been Liquid Rubberized and it WILL keep the water out.

This product is a must for going over wood joints or sealing flashing to Liquid Rubber, almost as important as the Liquid Rubber primer (which is an absolute must, do not use Liquid Rubber without the primer or it will not stick to anything). The Geo-Textile when completed provides a flexible but very strong and very well sealed bridge over any joints or if you have flashing at the edge of your deck (as I did).
