GREENERWAY ORGANIC Insect Spray Repellent, 16 Ounce

This summer Greenerways Organic Mosquito Insect Repellent has quickly become a family favorite in my home! We purchased our first bottle early in the summer and almost immediately fell in love with the repellent! As a mom of two active, young girls I always want to make sure they are protected when outdoors from mosquitos and other insects and this repellent has done just that for us! It protects against Kill Insects, Ticks, Flies, Chiggers, Mites, Sand Flies and Gnats so my kids can safely play outside when sprayed with the repellent and it is USDA Organic, DEET-FREE and Natural so I don't have to worry that I'm spraying chemicals onto their sensitive skin.The 16oz bottle is fabulous as it's humongous! I don't think I've ever seen such a large bottle of insect repellent before purchasing this one. The neighborhood kids all know that we're the house to go to for bug spray as I always have it out and I certainly don't mind sharing with such a large bottle. It's a great value as I've paid just as much and more for much smaller bottles of bug repellent at drug stores.As an added bonus this spray smells good too with a citrus scent so my girls don't mind having it on. You truly can't go wrong with this family size repellent.

I ordered this last year & just reordered. (Last year it came with a smaller size, maybe 8 oz. & an even smaller size - about 2 oz?) Anyway, this has a pleasant scent and is safe to use on my dogs & outside cat. Before I take the dogs for a walk, I spritz some of this on my palm, rub hands together & put this on my dogs around their eyes & ears. Gnats here in SC are terrible & cause my dogs absolute misery. Also helps with mosquitoes, though not sure how long after a 30 - 45 minute walk it would continue working. Outside cat gets it rubbed on her head & back morning and evening.

I am always looking for products that are natural to use on my family. Traditional bug sprays have chemicals in them and I don't want to spray those on my children's skin. I was eager to try an organic spray and I have to say so far it is working well for us.I live in Massachusetts, both ticks and mosquitos are a big problem here. I can't really attest to the tick repelling aspects yet because I'm not sure if we've been near ticks while using it or not. No one has picked a tick up yet though, so that is good. Earlier this summer we weren't using any bug repellent. Myself and my kids are mosquito magnets, we would always be coming in the house with welts/bites on our arms and legs. Since using this spray, we've been bite free...even after going for a couple hikes in the woods around a local pond.This is a nice size bottle at 16 ounces compared to the typical 6 ounce size usually found in the store of similar sprays, it is going to last us for a long time before we need to buy more. I also prefer the trigger spray on this bottle vs a pump sprayer. It is easier and quicker to make sure everyone is sprayed down once we are outside. The end of the sprayer has a knob that you can turn it on/off. This is a nice feature so I know if the kids ever get a hold of it, they can't spray it when it is in the off position. Because let's face it, toddlers get into everything even when it is put out of reach.I would definitely purchase this again when we run out and recommend it for those that are looking for an organic/natural way to protect themselves from bug bites.

We have a pond on the property, and while beautiful, it is a mosquito breeding ground. When we step outside we are bombarded. We have tried every bug spray available, not to mention two large bug zappers and could not get relief. Until we found this repellent! YAY! This spray has a permanent place in our home now, and we can actually enjoy the outdoors. It has a strong citrus smell, but I actually quite like it. I appreciate that it is USDA Organic and hypoallergenic, the less chemicals I have to put on my children the better. And made in the USA on top of it all! The ingredients are simple, citronella oil, lemongrass oil, and cedarwood oil. I'm quite pleased with the amount you get for your money, the bottle is quite large and will certainly last a while. One of the best things about this spray though is that doesn't just repel mosquitos, it repels flies and ticks as well. If you have issues with bugs be sure to give this spray a try.

This stuff definitely works. It's a buggy summer here in the high desert and I have no bug or spider bites (they really go for me). I'm giving it 3 stars rather than 5 because the citronella smell is incredibly strong. I suppose that's a big part of why I'm not getting bitten, but it's REALLY strong, smellwise. I will probably go back to EcoSmart repellent once this bottle is done, for the odor factor...or perhaps use the Greenerways on my jammies before bed and use the EcoSmart during the day. But it DOES work VERY well for me.

This product is dangerous. I totally and completely covered myself and my clothes because I had to go trim trees. When I came in I was covered with ticks. It scared me. I picked 18 off of me. Some had already attached themselves to me. I was only outside for an hour and a half. This product does not work. If I end up sick, I will sue! Buyer beware. Very dangerous!

Works great at repelling mosquitos and has a lovely aroma. Love, love, love that it is made with organic essential oils! It even soothes if you already have a bite! Repeat buyer here!

I love this product! Safe for entire family. I mainly bought it for grandchild but now we all use it. I even use it on our pup 🐶 Smells good and isn't sticky like traditional insect repellent, plus it doesn't dry skin out - and NO POISONOUS CHEMICALS! Just placed third order since I shared the last bottle with my adult kids.

I don't know if this works but the first time I've use it the SMELL is super strong! it gives me a headache and hard to breath! I tried to return it but it's not eligible for return...it will go to the trash bin instead.

The product is fantastic, and works really well- but the bottles always leak. You have to be extra careful not to let them accidentally tip on their sides, or it spills everywhere! I've used at least 4 bottles of this, and every one had a leaking issue. 😟 But, I keep coming back for more! Get a new bottle to transfer it into and you'll love this product!

Absolutely love this product. I use it daily when walking my dogs in the early morning and late evening. It does a great job for the mile or so walks we take without leaving a chemical smell. I don't know if it would do the trick if I were spending hours outdoors but it works perfect for what I need it for.

Scent is not too strong and works really great, what more can I say?!!!I am allergic to stinging insects, so this has saved my life!!! i just dunk myself in it a few minutes before stepping outside in the afternoon and i have yet to get stung with it on.

The bottle is enormous. I thought I was getting the small spray bottle in the picture, but I received a really big bottle--which I will definitely use this summer. This is the only essential oil bug spray I've found that works and smells reasonably good. You do have to spray liberally and make sure you are well-covered, so the big bottle is awesome.

I have been using this product from costco. I just wanted to get some more for the summer. This is great keeping mosquitoes off and its all natural. Love the citronella scent. My kids even spray it on our dog before walking her. Safe to use, good for the whole family! Even dogs!
