BakBalls 14-1420 Regular, Red : desertcart.in: Garden & Outdoors Review: It's great. I use this BakBall p-nut to relieve tension that starts anywhere along the spine. Like most PT it may not always be pleasant as you do it but you get relief from ongoing pain. Works so much better than massage balls or rollers as it doesn't allow pressure directly onto your spine. I like this softer red one as it does not dig into the muscles like the harder ones do but you can still make it have more effect by slightly changing body position. I use a yoga mat for extra grip & to keep the p-nut ball from sliding instead of rolling as it should & also on top of a rug (for padding). It may be best to check first with your physical therapist but if that is not possible go to the BakBalls website for videos on using them correctly. Review: nice product. our red double BakBall skids even on carpet making it hard to 'roll' on them but works well for point release. the the surface is lightly textured but still slips on most surfaces

This is my second BakBall so I knew exactly what I was getting. I lost the first one while traveling. I love how it stretches my thoracic spine and massages the paraspinal muscles. I use both lying down as well as standing against the wall. It helps stretch my back in a way foam rollers do not. I purchased my first one at a conference so got to compare the red one to the black one. The red one has a little give/flexibility so I think it is much more comfortable.

Great option for working out kinks and pressure points along the spine. I got mine after using them at my physical therapy sessions. These are inexpensive, easy to use and effective. The only down side is that the dog thinks it's his!

It works, but I find it hard to keep in place and seems to do better with a tennis ball.
