The jerky gun cap is made of plastic. Nozzlles and jerky gun cannon are made of 304 ssl, handle frame is made of aluminium.

How large is this extruder, 56, 57 mm?

The tube diameter is 51mm. If the diameter is larger, then you need more pressure. For example, when the diameter increases to 60mm, you need almost 1.5 times pressure to squeeze the handle. When you make 5lb jerky gun, your joints will ache.
