Do photos get blurred? Any difference in image quality?

So long as everything is clean when you add this, you'll never notice the difference in photo quality. Follow the directions, and clean the phone's lenses as part of the application process.

Is this compatible with otterbox cases?

Works great with Otterbox Defender and Commuter.

How do I remove the left over adhesive from my lens after removing the protector?

I haven’t had to do it yet but I would imagine using an alcohol based hand wipe would probably do the trick. Let me know!

Will this fit with spigen optik armor case? In particular, worried about the cover that slides over the camera will hit this glass shield.

Honestly, I don't see why you would need it, but given that you can return the lens kit you could try it and see. It looks like there might be enough clearance. I only bought this because the Spigen case I have barely gives enough protection and I damaged one of the lenses by dropping it and a small rock or some such hit the lens.
