Tasty, handy and easy
If you need to take this, the triple pack is the way to go. It's economical and easy. You need to be careful about the dilution as not enough water doesn't dilute it enough and you're left with a thick gloop. But too much water and the orange flavour almost disappears.

Good nice taste too. Check the price before buying it.
* Physical This gel works to get your bowels under control. The taste is nice too. It's recommended to take each sachet in a large and full cup or glass of water, and stir it for 20 seconds, then drink it straight away after a meal.. This makes a bigger gel to work with your stomach contents. And two a day for as long as required.

Invaluable help for IBS sufferers
Great product, I suffer from IBS and one of these a day makes the worst of my symptoms entirely disappear. The only drawback for me is that it contains artificial sweeteners, but thats just my personal preference as I dislike those.

When taken daily with Laxido....
This stuff, when taken daily with Laxido, really keeps me out of severe difficulties. As a consequence of long term constipation, I got an inguinal hernia (straining too hard & too long). If I had had the sense to consider the Fybogel/Laxido cocktail sooner, I'd have been fine. Also worth mentioning: the two mixed together don't just complement each other nedicinally, they really balance out the resultant taste well. They end up being quite a pleasant aftier-meal dose of hydration too.
