I should read descriptions......but still a winner
I bought this book for my toddler son to go in his leapstart Me being me paid absolutely no attention to the fact that this was for an older child and not for his age- but you know what- it really didnt matter! I get that it's aimed at older children- but my son has had lots of fun pressing the pen on the flags, and the globes- and theres a page which features a London bus- which he is obsessed with. I bought the leapstart for fun- and at some point he will get to the stage where it becomes educational- and hopefully he'll learn something from this book- until then he's quite happy pressing the pen onto the pics and having a good giggle

This one explores world geography - fantastic for our 5 year old
LeapFrog Leap Start is a superb American early years / primary education tool. Modular books slot into the centre of a fold open computer pad chich has a stylus, where the child can interact with task and follow oral instructions (with a US English accent). New programs (spoken text) can be downloaded to work with each book purchase. Books can be added for each level - pre-school, Reception, Year 1 etc. on different topics - maths, Englsih, IT, science, nature, geography and so. Very well designed and a fantastic educational tool.

We’ve been using the LeapFrog LeapStart Preschool Activity Book with our preschooler, and it has been a great learning tool that balances education and independent play. When paired with the LeapStart system, the book is very intuitive and easy for young children to navigate on their own with minimal adult help. The activities cover a solid range of preschool-level skills, including letters, early phonics, numbers, problem-solving, and basic logic. The audio guidance is clear, encouraging, and age-appropriate, which keeps kids engaged without becoming overwhelming or annoying. I especially like that it gives immediate feedback, helping children learn from mistakes without frustration. The pages are sturdy and well-made, holding up well to repeated use by little hands. The illustrations are colorful and engaging, and the variety of activities helps prevent boredom. It’s a great option for quiet time, travel, or structured learning sessions at home. One thing to note is that the book requires the LeapStart system to function, so it’s not usable on its own. Also, while the content is excellent for preschoolers, kids may outgrow it once they move into more advanced early elementary skills. Overall, this is a high-quality educational activity book that encourages independent learning in a fun, interactive way. It’s a solid addition to any LeapStart collection and a great option for parents looking to reinforce early learning skills. Pros: • Wide range of preschool-appropriate learning activities • Encourages independent learning • Clear audio instructions and positive feedback • Durable pages and bright illustrations • Keeps kids engaged without screen time Cons: • Requires LeapStart system to use • Content may be outgrown as skills advance Highly recommended for preschool-aged children who enjoy interactive, hands-on learning.

Our 5-year old has become very "studious" with his LeapFrog system and this book pops in and out of his reader as his mind decides. I wish there were many more pages here but the collection of things shared seems a great intro for our more and more curious little boy. He has also become attentive to time and time limits allowed to use his electric book, and has also been politely sharing things with his little (2-years old) brother - taking in a "teaching" mode when sharing. And best, he asks permission to use it since he knows there is a time limit and he also calls out to Mama and Papa to share new things he finds in the pages.

Lo compre por error pensando que era un juego o algo Isabel pero depende que que tengas otros elementos para usarlo correctamente. Además no admitía reembolso, fallo mío.
