Why did you pick this product vs others?: We purchased this knife as a replacement for a knife set that we currently own. These knives are great - sharp, easy to handle, feel and look great. No issues with cutting ability. Definitely high quality and would recommend them.

Replaced the paring knife from my knife Block, after the Tip broke, with this one. Same Brand, and color scheme.

The title marketing title is 100% accurate when it says razor sharp. It’s like having a lightsaber in a knife. It cuts thru produce like nobody’s business and for the price it’s a definite score. The handle fits nicely in my hand and I’ve never had a slip. It just feels right…

We had bought the set of Henckels knives and loved them all. The handles are very comfortable and have a nice weight fit to them. The blades are quite sharp, so cutting is effortless, even after about a year of daily use. They wash easily, sop we don't put them in the dishwasher. We have seen no staining or rusting so far. Unfortunately, while using one of the paring knives to separate some frozen sausages, I broke off about 1 in. of the blade. Yes,, I know this is a stupid thing to do, but I was in a hurry, and ... I was very happy to find that the paring knives are a stock item, and ordered two (in case I were to forget my lesson someday). They are a perfect match to the rest of the set. I strongly recommend the full set and especially the ability to replace or extend them.

This knife is sharp and the size and handle style are perfect for me.

I bought this knife because I had a Henkel knife I have used for many years; recently although the knife still cut very well, the handle began to disintegrate. I bought the knife that was the same size and description as mine. It will not cut! We tried to sharpen it several times but nothing works! I have put duct tape around the handle of my old knife and will use it until I find a knife that cuts! So disappointed. Update: I contacted the company (after returning the knife and receiving my refund from Amazon) and the company was so gracious and sent me a lovely SHARP knife which I am using gratefully! Problem resolved

I had to get used to the feel of the handle – it’s unusual. Solid metal but finely textured for grip, almost like ultra fine sandpaper. It feels to me a bit like light static in audio – an unexpected layer. But this is an absolute dream to cut with, intelligently balanced and ultra sharp.

Came very sharp but she's had rust skies after a few months. We do our then in the dishwasher so take that with a grain on salt but still disappointing. Also, the handle feels like oxidized aluminum which I can't stand the feel of, if you know you know, otherwise it's probably not an issue for you.
