I am still using this supplement, no obvious immediate health improvement..But this rating is more for Amazon delivery, I received the product boiling hot.. probably stayed long time in the delivery van. I couldn't find any storage information on the box, so I kept it.

I received the product in very bad condition. The soft gels were melted and sticky.
