I guess it works, kind of!
Got this to help with the low B on my 5 string Warwick resonating, while it does do that, having it tight enough then mutes the D and G strings a little too much but loosening it then means it doesn't do what I wanted it for. Maybe more trial and error will find a sweet spot.

This fret wrap works considerably better than the cheap ones I got a while back. It mutes better and fits better because the back strap is smartly engineered. An actual player was involved in designing this thing. If you have a need for one, these are a fine choice.
