Tomoe River paper is widely recognized as one of the best paper for fountain pen writing. It's almost feather and bleed-thru proof for most ink+nib combinations, and will exhibit the shades and sheens of your favorite inks as they were intended. This is the 68gsm version of Tomoe River, and will improve upon the 52gsm version in terms of show-thru or shadowing.

Top quality paper, well made notebooks
These are sturdily made notebooks with no printing on them anywhere, perfect for creating my own completely customized journals. The Tomoe River paper is, I think, the finest quality writing paper available. It is elegantly thin but beautifully receptive to ink; fountain pen inks and Micron pens will neither bleed nor show through the page (Sharpie marker does show through, as with just about any paper).Beautiful little notebooks!
