I’ve been using the Lean Body Shake for a few days now, and I honestly love it. The taste is great—smooth, not chalky—which is a huge plus. What I appreciate most is how filling it is; it curbs my cravings and keeps me energized throughout the day. Creamy, 40 grams of protein, 0 sugar…say no more. Ready to drink shakes are an essential in my book but I’ve had a hard time finding brands that don’t taste horrible or have macros that are awful - in comes Lean Body as a solution. I had such a hard time selecting my first flavor to try but I’m thrilled with the chocolate peanut butter (I can’t wait to try others). It’s sweet but not overly so, creamy (not chalky), and suffices the craving of having something sweet. If you’ve had Premier Protein’s PB cup it’s similar to those but maybe a tad less sweet/artificial tasting. Oh! It also heats well which I was pleasantly surprised by. Sometimes I just ~have~ to start my morning with something warm but can’t always stomach coffee so this legit turns into hot chocolate. I’m a “hungry” person SOS but these shakes do a great job of keeping me full. They’re BIG so while the price might seem a little high I promise you it’s not. A shake could easily be split in two if necessary which would stretch the budget even further. I would’ve really liked to see something like stevia as the sweeteners but beggars can’t be choosers. Very well done.

One of the highest proteins per drink I’ve seen in a ready to drink carton of this size. Lots of flavors to choose from and shelf stable for over a year. Good drink for on the go protein and tastes great!

These are the only protein drinks I will buy - the low amount of carbohydrates in relation to the amount of protein and vitamins/minerals are the best I’ve found that is also easily palatable. The flavor is great and these guys makes it easier to get ready for the beach and/or pool season.

I was selected on instagram to receive this product for free and test it out. Sounds sketch at first but it was legit. They Venmo’d me the cost and I used that money to purchase from them via Amazon. Unfortunately Amazon lost my package 😖 but I’ve since purchased again. I’m glad that the promo introduced me to this product, otherwise I wouldn’t have tried it. It’s an incredible protein shake! 40g of protein with 0 sugar!!! As a religious gym enthusiast this is the type of shakes I look for. It satisfies my protein needs but without the unwanted sugars. The box/bottle is a good size too, much bigger compared to the rival shakes in the market, so that’s a big plus for me. The consistency is also great, not too thick like a milkshake but not too watery either. It’s much better ice cold vs room temp. The flavor I got was peanut butter. I thought the taste was ok. I was hoping for a stronger peanut butter flavor. I think they can tweak the recipe to make it taste more peanut butter cup-ish. I would love to try the other flavors. Overall, it’s a great product. Definitely beating its competition with 40g or protein vs most shakes with 30g of 25g which is the most common. Perfect for that post workout shake or to pair with a low protein meal to meet your macro goals.

Foul aftertaste. Made me nauseous. I tried to cover it with other flavors or even just drinking something strong flavored after each sip, but that aftertaste is inescapable. It stayed with me for hours. I have a fridge full of protein shakes from other companies, but these I cannot drink.

This shake wasn’t bad. It was much easier to drink with some ice in it and some spinach as a smoothie to tone down the sweetness. I was given these as a giveaway prize so I was excited to try them but probably wouldn’t purchase myself because of cost. They do leave me feeling full for a long time. My only complaint is that I feel like I’m drinking coffee creamer.
