As a fulltime caregiver, I need to ensure I am getting great sleep every night. I take this at bedtime and it has helped me get that much needed quality sleep. So easy to use. I like that it's homeopathic and natural.

This will not make you go to sleep. It does calm your mind to allow your brain to shut down. There is no taste and they are pellet size which dissolve quickly.

Helps me sleep with no drowsiness in the morning. I take them and I become sleepy in a few minutes uses. I drift off, sleep well for over five/six hours, and wake with no morning side effects. If I wake during the night and can't go back to sleep I take 3 or more, depending on how awake I am. I easily fall back to sleep until morning. This got me through some adjustments after hospitalization, and now when sleep eludes me. I highly recommend these and other Boiron products.

We bought this for our 4 year old son who was waking frequently. We administered one pellet at bedtime. It did not work the first couple nights. Sometimes homeopathy must be used for consecutive days before a situation is resolved. We continued to give it to him at bedtime, and he did start to sleep through the night after about a week. I very much appreciate having a homeopathic remedy that I trust. Melatonin has many side effects, especially for kids, and I wanted a safer alternative.

The little package is great for not taking up room. Just take 5 under the tongue and it did start working in a couple of minutes with no taste! It helped me relax to go to sleep! But the next day, I got a big headache! I figured try again the next night, but the same headache happened again the next day!

I know body chemistry is different for every human on the planet, but I've struggled with menopause sleeplessness for a few years and boom - this stuff is my saving grace. My active brain at bedtime is slowed and I can sleep. Worth the cost to try it out if you want - I was willing to give it a go. Next time I'll get the blister pack for home (better price for quantity) and save these for travel (ease of carrying them) but yes - absolutely recommend, even if it's just a potential solution for you. Far cheaper than many other products.

Disappointing - Did not work for me to aid sleeping. Waste of time and money. The product consists of pills that are smaller than baby aspirins in a difficult to open/dispense container, with a dosage that is 5 pills taken under one's,tongue at bedtime. Not very convenient.
