I am ADHD and struggle with sleep... I am grateful that my ND made up a liquid version of this for me but when I ran out of it, I wasn't willing the pay the "prescription price" for the liquid from the doctor. Plus, this is way more convenient to carry when I travel.

I know body chemistry is different for every human on the planet, but I've struggled with menopause sleeplessness for a few years and boom - this stuff is my saving grace. My active brain at bedtime is slowed and I can sleep. Worth the cost to try it out if you want - I was willing to give it a go. Next time I'll get the blister pack for home (better price for quantity) and save these for travel (ease of carrying them) but yes - absolutely recommend, even if it's just a potential solution for you. Far cheaper than many other products.

Like product have to take it at least 1/2 hr before bedtime to work8i would recommend product

The little package is great for not taking up room. Just take 5 under the tongue and it did start working in a couple of minutes with no taste! It helped me relax to go to sleep! But the next day, I got a big headache! I figured try again the next night, but the same headache happened again the next day!

Complete waste of money. Doesn't help you fall asleep let alone keep you asleep. Plus they don't do returns on unopened boxes. Save your money

Great alternative sleep Therapy. I fall asleep almost right away. Also, this product is a great value! It tastes pleasant and is very effective. The bottles are a little tricky. But once you figure out how to work them, you can look forward to Sweet sleep.
