No issues so far. Headers needed listed below
This product has worked well for me so far! Since USB-C headers don't exist on many cases yet, and SD Card readers are almost nonexistent on cases, this product was a great fit to add those since I had a spare 5.25" bay. Please note you will need to following headers available on your motherboard/power supply:-(**2**) USB-2.0 Headers (rectangle, 9 pins)-(1) USB-3.0 Header (rectangle, 20 pins, with a bump in the middle on one side. sometimes this is blue)-(1) USB Type-C Header (Sometimes called a USB "3.1" header. Roughly shaped like a capital "I" that has lines on top and bottom)-(1) SATA Power (power only, the slightly smaller SATA data connector is NOT needed)If you don't have all these headers, adapter can be found, however I can't speak to their effectiveness. Also note, the orange USB port does not carry any data, it only provides power (for example, for charging devices). All the rest of the USB ports carry data.

Works 1/2 well - needs 2 USB ports.
Lots of USB connectors available on this device, but it also needs 2 unused 2.0 USB ports on the motherboard.

USB Ports work great. Card Readers are causing constant windows system alerts in Win11
Pro: I love the idea of this card. The way my new rig is situated on my desk, it is very hard to get to the rear USB ports. My case has front-mounted USB Gen2 ports, but no Gen 3.0 or 3.1 ports. This product solved that; now I have 4 working USB 2.0 ports, 1 USB 3.0 port and 1 USB 3.1 type C port. I used the latter to copy data from my old drives onto my new system via a USB 3.1 SATA cradle. Couldn't be happier with the USB capabilities.Cons: I had to disable all of the CF/SD/MicroSD etc ports in device manager to get my system to stop constantly bleeping at me with the error "Disk 8/9/10 has the same disk identifiers as one or more disks connected to the system..." It was driving me nuts having the windows notification sound playing sporadically and often several times per minute. Disabling the card readers in device manager made the issue stop. While I may at some point, possibly, come across a situation where I want to use those ports, I would have been just as happy to not have them on the device in the first place.I went to the Mfr's website and searched their FAQ and it is just a bunch of boilerplate "this is where you would tell your customers how to solve issues" placeholders. I suspect this might be a driver issue? But if so, there were no drivers to be found on their website.Other: There is a power-only usb 2.0 port that can charge devices. I tried it out and it appears to work, but I have a wireless charger sitting next to the tower anyway, so I doubt I'll be using this much.Overall: It does what I bought it to do, so I wont return it. Though, I could have done without the 2 hour troubleshooting session trying to figure out which component in my brand-new build was causing the annoying intermittent alerts.

Does not work well
The two usb board connections don't work well. Only a few of the ports work.

Does it all!
BUT, to get it all you will need these connections to your motherboard: 1 USB 3.0 via 19 pin Blue motherboard header, 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 or 2 via 20 pin motherboard header, 2 USB 2.0 motherboard connections and a SATA power connection (The 2 2.0 USB's are not listed but needed - perhaps since there are 4 that handle data and 1 that is a charge only connection.) Very pleased and makes my old case look updated. AND, I like the blue light as you know your PC is getting power.
