Very bad and disappointing
The product is not functioning as electricity is passing in two sockets instead of one. Requested replacement but some how the app is not showing the same.now they return window closed and I just burnt my money.

Complaint
The product is defective as current is passing through both the points. It's also different from the one shown above and against which order is placed. Coffee maker's plug not fitting in it. Please replace with correct one.

Cracked piece
The voltage converter has a crack, wish the Quality testing was better.

Working as expected
I am using this for electric Mocha pot and for a beard trimmer. All well as of 2 weeks - 2500 watt model
