It is the only hair colour product that suits my colouring without being to obvious,and i can't find it on our shelves in my town shops. I would be very dubious if i had to change.Its brilliant for me !

Finally found the right colour for my hair! Pity I have to get it from America tho.

Great colour and product. It is such a high quality hair colour . Why is it not available in the North of Ireland or Britain.

This product was delivered promptly and well packaged. I am auburn naturally but would be concerned with grey coming through in places and having tried numerous colouring products by other well known brands I found them either not true to colour when applied and little grey coverage plus faded v.quickly. However this colour is true to shade on box and leaves hair well conditioned with good grey coverage and would recommend it particularly if your natural colour is auburn/red as it leaves beautiful tones.

I used the reddish blond and it didn’t cover the grey so I had to redo roots with another product a week later. I’ll stick to what I normally use which does a much better job. It was a waste of money.

Good product

My natural hair color is dark brown with green undertones, with some grays in my bangs and temples. When I use this box dye I get a beautiful ginger auburn color rather than the blonde ginger color on the box, but that's to be expected given my starting color. The copper in this hair dye neutralizes the green undertones in my hair and the effect is very flattering. However, it didn't cover all the grays around my temples. I did leave the product on for 45 minutes and fully saturated my hair with the dye, so my application wasn't the problem. That being said, the color is beautiful. I get lots of compliments on my ginger hair.

Thought I should take the time in writing my experiences in this, as I went through a lot of deliberation before dying my hair. This was the first time dying my hair. I am a natural blonde, but kind of more mid-range shade. I wanted a really natural looking red, and nothing too dramatic as to make too much notice of myself. I also was worried that my natural color would somehow be damaged or I'd never be able to go back to it after dying. I've attached a photo, the left being me before, then the two on the right after using the dye on the first day. This was about 3 ish weeks ago. I was initially very happy. The application process was simple and easy to follow (yes there is a horrible smell, but what can you expect. I didn't think it was too bad though, just give some ventilation) and initially looks much brighter before you rinse it out...Don't get nervous. Afterwards, the product yielded a nice kind of copper / penny color. It looked natural in my opinion, but can sometimes be difficult to discern under different lights whether it is brown, blonde, or red. It's a little darker than I was also hoping for, but I think that is dependent on your natural shade. After several washes now with normal shampoo and the conditioner they provided in the box, my hair now 3 ish weeks later is still red, but to me in my bathroom light, can fool me into thinking I am still blonde. Again, it depends on the light you are under. It's definitely not as noticeable to me as when I first had this done. So if you're worried like I was about ever going back to your natural color, don't be. But, from what I hear, dying and staying red is one of the hardest colors to maintain as it is. All in all, pretty satisfied with the outcome, and did meet my expectations of what my initial hair dying process might be like. Hope this helps anyone out there on the fence about the product!

I typically go a hue darker as I have fair skin and need to cover side roots and was apprehensive about a lighter hue being capable of a pulling off that look. I was quite pleased as surprised with the result. This is my go to color now. It looks so pretty as naturally how my hair was before going (white as natural red heads experience white over grey roots). I highly recommend this shade for fair skin people who appreciate a naturally lovely color/look. It’s easy and not expensive also a positive point.
