While not a mind-blowing difference, this cool-looking acrylic mat does eliminate static (which is an issue in our pre-war) and offer a slight adjust to all jazz bass. For the price point, you’re getting a very good deal for a mostly aesthetic upgrade with a slight upgrade on sound. But, if you’re like me and have static issues, this mat is a must! It’s sleek, inexpensive, and does help a bit. For real. So, if you can swing it, get it. Otherwise, save the money for LPs!

Bought this for my Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT as an upgrade from the stock mat that came with the turntable. I mostly bought this for the anti-static aspect but was pleased to also experience a small improvement in audio quality as well. No issues other than that it arrived with a scratch about 1cm in size which thankfully is hard to spot since I bought the black version.

Not much to be said, it's exactly what it's advertised as. Just be sure to remove the felt mat and be gentle with the cleaning as it will scratch very easy
