Very good item with good gri. Locking is tight and weight of bar alone is not too heavy. Only negative is bar is little short in length but still 5 stars.

Great bar well finished in chrome, suitable for one inch plates. Good degree of angle on the grips to facilitate lifting without wrist pain. Definitely would recommend to the home gym enthusiast. Comes complete with twist locks.

During lockdown prices for these were ridiculous...£200! So it’s refreshing to see a proper product at a great price. I was to be honest a bit dubious but I took the plunge and was really pleased when it arrived...solid, great build quality and up to the job! Been in and out of gyms for 30 yrs so during lockdown built my own gym and this has been a top addition to all the equipment I’ve recently bought to kit it out. Defo recommend 👍🏻

This is a nice bar, helps with your wrists after you get over 40kg for curling and also seems to work the entire bicep more evenly rather than one end as with the straight bar. The collars do start to losen as per with most of these bars but they dont spin off fast so there is not much risk of the weights coming off.

Bilanciere ez angolato, utilissimo per esecuzione di esercizi specifici (come una buona french press, o un curl con bilanciere). Il corpo si presenta in acciaio inox con dimensioni circa 120 x 5,5 nel punto di massimo e è un pollice e un quarto di diametro per l'adattamento dei pesi ed un peso approssimato di 5 kg. Buona la zigrinatura e l'angolazione poca accentuata nelle curve. Unico vero punto debole sono i fermi che tendono ad allentarsi spesso, un vero peccato anche se alla fine questo fenomeno non ne compromette affatto l'utilizzo o la sicurezza. Visto il prezzo di vendita posso senz'altro consigliarlo

Impresionante barra Z. A mí me ha venido con todo el moleteado completo...ahí lo dejo. Peso, calidad, textura/agarre, y sobre todo curvaturas (tanto para aislamientos de biceps como de triceps) excepcionales:)) Y por cierto, como consejo, si usáis discos de 28mm para que estos no desaflojen al ser de un diametro superior a la barra (25mm), una vez apretados con sus 2 collares, apretad tambien al máximo desde los discos (es decir, girando los discos en el mismo sentido de apriete que el collar del lado correspondiente. Así ni se moveran absolutamente nada;)) Para quitar los discos desaflojar primero estos girándolos en el sentido contrario y a continuación desaflojar los collares. !Excelente compra y vendedor!

Extremely unsymmetric, but it can be used with a 3 cm spacer on the shorter side if you alternate the orientation of the bar each set.
