I am a fan of Orgain products to start but I was skeptical these would actually work for sleep help. I am happily wrong! They have been helping all adult members of this household sleep with improved quality.

I love this product and have been using it for over a year. I ordered them last month (as I do every month) and paid $24.99. Today I wanted to reorder as I am almost out and the price is now $35.99. Will find something else. An $11 increase is ridiculous.

I take two every night immediately before bed and I sleep like a baby. Have been taking for over a year without any issues or side effects. I do wait until I get into bed to take them though because for me, they kick in quick (in about 15 minutes) and I won't be able to keep my eyes open!

If you have any lung problems you can’t use this or any products, because it will make it harder to breathe afterwards. Sorry. I was just looking for help.

I was waking up in the middle of the night and unable to go back to sleep sometimes for hours. Other products ranging from melatonin to antihistamines did not work. Orgain works well for me. I sleep soundly and most importantly fall back asleep quickly if I wake up overnight. And I have no trouble getting out of bed in the morning or feel any side effects. I like that it's drug free and made with natural ingredients.

Had only slept 1-2 hours at time for years. Typically wake up 4-5 times a night and would be forced awake at 4-5 a. Took this 10p didn’t wake up until my cat cried at 7 am. Took two pills (what they say is dosage) so gonna try 1 tonight. Starting to wonder if Valium is in here or what!!! I just pray it keeps working. Expensive but uninterrupted, long sleep is PRICELESS to me!! Thank you soooo much!

I have trouble with insomnia at times. And thought these pills could help. Well, they do make you feel sleepy initially to fall asleep. But they definitely didn’t help me stay asleep. I woke up a few hours later, wide awake. I was so bummed. Not a fan! 😒😒

I'm also trying new sleep aids to find the right balance between getting to sleep, staying asleep, and waking up alert. I tried this product as I thought the blend of supplements might work well for me. While this product appears to have great quality, was easy to swallow, and a good price, it didn't work for me. When taking it I found me sleep to be frequently disrupted like I wasn't able to get to that deep sleep cycle. I assume it was just my compatibility with the product and not as a result of the product itself. However, as a result, I can't recommend it.
