Arrived in perfect like new condition! Well worth the price which is a big savings over buying brand new. Came with 2 sets of great wheels. Great high end chair for office or gaming!

The chair arrived with a broken mechanical housing. The screws were missing from back of the chair where the mesh fits to the inner frame. Bottom support arms were missing bushings, which made the chair sound shakey and loud. The serial numbers were also removed, which makes it very hard to find replacement parts. I was originally going to overlook these issues and try to just replace the parts that needed fixed. However, the cost of the replacement parts exceeded the cost of a new chair from Herman Miller. Looking back of the previous reviews, i should have just bought new. However, shipping was very fast though. Im returning this chair for a refund, and i will post a follow up review if they refund me. If you’re looking for an overpriced, defective, name brand office chair that you can brag to your friends about, then this is the office chair for you.

Great purchase, chair arrived in excellent condition. It took installing 4 bolts & hex tool included. Chair mess in excellent condition without any imperfections on the chair. I am impressed with the quality and the comfort of the chair. I would recommend to anyone to buy from this company for the value.

I have wanted one of the Herman Miller Aeron ergonomic chairs for a long time, and finally bought one. I am very happy with this reconditioned model, and ordered it with the (upgraded) roller skate-style wheels. Assembly is easy; just insert the back into the chair seat, and it's ready to go. It may seem hard to adjust at first, then you find how comfortable and sturdy it is.

I knew that being refurbished I was not going to get a perfect chair. The only flaw was a small puncture tear in the seat mesh but it does not impact functionality or comfort and I'm pretty sure it won't spread. Chair was not particularly well packed. Placed in a box in two pieces with a loose packet of parts. Box was pretty banged up by the time I got it but the chair was fortunately fine. Seller included the OEM casters installed as well as a set of the rollerblade wheel casters, which is kinda cool of them. Have no tried the extra casters but they look well made and sturdy. Chair is on ceramic tile so no issue with OEM casters but I bet the rollerblade casters would be more gentle to wood and carpet floors.

Chair is in great condition! It didn't come with the four bolts that attach the back to the seat, but they responded right away and sent me the required bolts. For half the price of new, I now have a Herman Miller chair in great condition. I would absolutely recommend. I saw some negative reviews, but my experience was very good. I have a bad back, and this chair has been helping tremendously.

This chair is well built and feels of quality. BUT, it is for people with a small rear. I am a bigger man, that like to keep his legs spread open, and the chair digs into my rear, making it uncomfortable to use. Also, the arm rest are to low to be comfortable for a bigger man. Even at the highest setting. I regret buying this chair.... I am 5.8 and 250 lbs. Not made for the average man....

Very confortable! My husband work from home for so many hours so I decided to get him something that he can feel comfortable and I have notice that I at my bank the had this on the lobby for the clients to seat while we are opening an account and I was so heavenly comfortable for more than an hour I spend there. I look it up and yeas!!! It is amazingly comfortable. It supports the lumbar so good. I strongly suggest it.!
