Converter step down
It is absolutely rotten product. It doesn’t work. I ordered once, it didn’t work. It was replaced by the vendor. The new one doesn’t work as well.

Shorted and melted my charger from inside.
DO NOT buy this product ..it melted my usa charger for a device ..you should get a regular stepdown transformer only. Pay more but be safe.

Not suitable
Thr USA power points have small Flat type sockets So unless the 220 To 110 volts converters have the 3 Pin Flat plug pins suitable for USA It is totally useless

It didn't step down the power. My product damaged. So I tried to return two times, but I was not available. So they put comment as I denied. So really not satisfied with Amazon. Two times they denied. Now return window closed. Very bad experience

Product quality is not as goog as described. Not working with 750watts sewing machine.

Complaint
The product is defective as current is passing through both the points. It's also different from the one shown above and against which order is placed. Coffee maker's plug not fitting in it. Please replace with correct one.

Returned pick up not accepted for colour Mismatch
We received the item is not working and received the Black colour. When we returning the item Pick up person is not accepted. Instruct to Pickup the defective (Black) one and refund our amount.
