OK, not great though
It's OK for a blend. Still prefer private selection over this and will not be reducing. Beans were semi fresh and taste was OK. More burnt flavor then I like personally.

Quality Coffee at a Fair Price!
For those of you out there who are "coffee" drinkers, you owe it to yourself to try this coffee! In my opinion, first, this coffee is priced right, secondly, it is smooth and flavorful and at least for me, it does not leave a bitter aftertaste in my mouth when finished with my morning coffee!

100% Kona vs. This Kona Blend
Lately I've been in pursuit of coffee excellence. I grind and pour-over hario. Found this coffee early on. After trying many others, I came back to this. It was just as good. So, obviously, next step get 100% Kona and compare. While I can say the 100% was better. Was it worth 4 times the cost of this. I don't believe it is. The main thing I've found in this and the 100% was the lack of bitter aftertaste. None in the 100. Very little in this and I actually prefer the flavor of Don Francisco. So $.50 per cup. As opposed to $2.00 a cup. No brainer!

Picked it up on sale and it is just average tastin
A little under ten bucks made me give Don Francisco's Kona a try. It is a little on the dark side and it is also unfortunately a little lacking on the normally sweeter taste of Kona coffee. This one tastes ok and pretty much is about the same as any coffee off the grocery shelf. I'll use the beans when I just want regular coffee but it is sub par for kona and I can't recommend it for that, even at the sale price.
